Becoming a Patient
of iTrust Wellness

Our mission is to equip every patient for success, no matter where life leads them. As a growing outpatient practice, iTrust has some limitations regarding the level of treatment we can provide and the patients we can accept.

Before booking your first appointment or referring a patient, we suggest reviewing our New Patient Criteria to ensure the most efficient experience with iTrust Wellness.
