The first step is completing our online intake form, which takes about 10-12 minutes. Once submitted, you can immediately use our self-scheduling platform to book your initial consultation.

During your first evaluation, which lasts about an hour, our providers conduct a robust assessment of your mental health history. This allows us to build a solid foundation for your diagnosis and treatment plan.

From there, we work with you to decide on the best path forward, whether it involves medication, therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or a combination of approaches.

Book Your First Appointment

Use our online assessment and booking platform to match and schedule with a provider, usually within a few weeks! In the first appointment, you'll meet with your provider to discuss your symptoms, history, goals, and determine a treatment plan just for you.

Start Making Progress

After your first appointment, you'll dive deeper with your provider in follow-up sessions every couple of weeks. You'll share your progress, concerns, and adjust your treatment options. Most patients feel a noticeable improvement within the first six weeks!

Maintaining Wellness

As your mental health improves, you'll move to shorter sessions scheduled further apart. You can still count on us for an extra appointment whenever you're in need of support, giving you the freedom and confidence to maintain wellness all on your own.
