I'm Rielle Coleman, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at iTrust Wellness. I've worked with patient populations across the lifespan, from oncology to behavioral health, and I've seen firsthand how closely physical and mental health are connected. One can't thrive while the other is struggling.
I treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and executive function concerns, bipolar disorder, insomnia, OCD and intrusive thoughts, trauma and PTSD, and personality disorders and emotional dysregulation. I have a special interest in LGBTQ+ mental health, relationship, family, and life-transition stress, and racial, cultural, and identity-related mental health, including Black and African American mental health.
My approach is empathetic, collaborative, patient-centered, holistic, and evidence-based. I see myself as a partner and guide on your path to mental well-being, and I encourage my patients to take an active, informed role in their treatment.
My ideal patient understands that healing often takes personal work beyond simply taking a pill. Together, we'll look at contributing factors such as lifestyle, environment, and habits, and build a holistic treatment plan that feels achievable and sustainable. I want to give you a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment, so you're better equipped to reach your wellness goals! I see patients through iTrust Wellness for psychiatric evaluations and medication management, in person and by telehealth across South Carolina.
Start with an initial appointment. We see patients in person and by telehealth across South Carolina, and no referral is needed.
